Obituary of Dorothy Doran Lange

May 12, 2015 On May 12, 2015, Dorothy (Dottie) Doran Lange, 81, quietly slipped away to join the friends and family she'd been missing. Dorothy was greeted by her parents, Leland and Elizabeth (Bessie) Collette Doran, brother, Donald L. Doran and husband Theodore C Lange, son Theodore E, and grandsons Lawrence McGinley and Matthew Lange. Her memory will be cherished by her two daughters, Lee (Joel) and Laurel and son Peter Lange. Her stories will be remembered by grandsons Harmon (Amy), Leonard (Brandi) and Vincent Keener, Thomas B McGinley (Shannon), T.J. Lange, Sean and granddaughter Kathleene Lange as well as great grandsons Peyton Nichols, Collin Keener, Ayden and Evan McGinley. Our thanks go to the wonderful staff at the Cottages at Garden Grove, House 87, for taking such loving care of her. A Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday May 31 at 3 pm at the Syracuse Polish Home, 915 Park Ave, Syracuse. Please join us with pictures and memories of Dorothy to give her the "good old fashioned Irish Wake" that she has always wanted.
