Charles (Bill) Hill age 77 died at VA hospital May 12,2018. He was born in Rome New York on January 22,1941.He was a veteran of the US army. Drove truck for local 317 Teamsters Union. He is survived by 3 sons Dan (carolla) Hill,David Hill, John Hill and 2 grandsons. Deceased foster parents Harold and IreanHubbard foster brother Ralph Hubbard and sisterGloria. Still survived foster sister Mary Clapper and Hubbard family. Memorial services will be held at Towpath towers 100 Rochester Street Fulton New York on May 19, 2018 at 3 pm.
