I met Lee and a group of wonderful women in Omaha in the seventies, all of whom worked with my future husband Stephen. They were always thinking up great ideas and activities and Lee was in the heart of the fun. Ski trips, hat parties, community mental health functions, lots of creative ideas. When Lee was around, music was always there and lots of fun. I always picture her at our piano, either trying to teach our little son the piano, or singing with friends. Stephen died just a month before Lee, and I am sure they are already planning something that will involve other kindred souls. My sincere condolences to Lee's family and dear friends. She will be greatly missed. She always lit up a room with her sense of fun and zest for life. Stephanie. Stockard Spelic

I was so sad to hear of our loss of Lee in this world. A couple days after Michael called me several of Lee's old friends from back in her Omaha days got together--friends from Alaska, Wayne, NE, and Omaha. We were all so sad to learn of her passing, but we also had a great time sharing memories of times we had all spent together. Lee always managed to be the life of our parties with her energy, creativity, love of fun, and of course, music.
After reading memorials that others have left, it is apparent that Lee continued to enrich all of those around her just as she enriched our lives here in Omaha so many years ago. She is one unforgettable woman. I am happy to have been her friend.

I was so sorry to hear of Lee's crossing! I knew her from Salt City Playhouse in musicals and in the audience. last saw her at a benefit and had a great visit. i particularly remember her as Lady Thiang in "The King and I " at SCP and her gorgeous voice singing "Something Wonderful!"
She was a grand lady with a wonderfully caring personality. The stage has lost a great talent!
my condolences to the family and friends!

I was sorry to hear of Lee's passing. Lee's beautiful voice will now be enjoyed by everyone in heaven. She sang at our daughter's wedding and it was very special. I knew her through our working relationship at Agway several years ago. She sang at many company events. I look forward to seeing her again someday.

This beautiful precious and gifted woman created lasting memories for me, my family and friends when she filled the Church with her angelic singing voice during my Dad's funeral service at St. Paul's Methodist Church just one year ago this month. She made this day so much more special for everyone. She will be missed but remembered by many.
Rest in Peace Lee. I am so glad you touched my life as you did for my family..

My deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved Lee. Most especially to Michael who was a part of who Lee was in this life. I was blessed to be a friend to a most wonderful and courageous lady. She freely shared her musical talents and spirit with anyone she met. Thanks to Rob & Becky there was a great group who gathered to spend the holidays together and Lee was an important part of the group--you never left Lee without feeling better about Life. May she be blessed with the rewards of a life well lived.

So sorry to hear about lee's passing. I had fond memories of her and the diligent work she did on the Pappyland series at WCNY. She was an intricate part of the production team. She was very supportive of my work and I respected her professionalism as well. My sincere condolences to her family and those that loved her.

Lee Dreamer was a treasure and I was fortunate to have Lee as a friend and co-worker for many years. Her musical talent, kindness, love of life, work ethic and intellect were a rare combination of virtues that made her a truly remarkable woman. I will miss her shining presence in this world. How fortunate I was to have one last lunch with her and MariRae when I was in Syracuse last month. My heartfelt condolences go to her "pardnor" Michael and her family, and to everyone whose lives she touched in some special way.

We were so sorry to hear about this sadness. I saw Lee at the Opera this spring and she was decked out in her finery and looked so fantastic. We teased each other about how fun it was to dress to the nines. She was such a sweetheart, kind woman and lovely friend!
