Nancy was born in Brooklyn NY. She graduated from the New York school for the Arts, and the Brooklyn academy. She moved To Cortland where she was a legal secretary and the owner of Antonia's Flower shop. She is survived by her son Frank E. Visco, Jr., (Robin); and Gene A. Visco, (Courtney), and three grandchildren: Grace, Cooper, and Theo. At her request there will be no services.
