There was never a time in all my life that Aunt Rose was not there. In our 40 yrs together Ginny has known her as well. I have memories that go back to my 4th year. She was my sister Sues' and my babysitter for a few years. She took us to the movies and she taught us how to dance with Arthur&Kathryn Murray. I remember her all those years and I know exactly when she began to see the real beauty in life. The years she spent with Aunt Honey were by far her best and happiest. Aunt Honey taught her how to laugh and see the glass is overflowing, as she did so many of us in her huge family, blood and extended. She also showed her how powerful her God and her church could be in healing brutally harsh childhoods, a fact in both their lives. I saw her heal and grow under the wise eyes of Aunt Honey and I know how much they loved and needed each other. Ginny of course mourns her. Aunt Rose and Honey love Ginny too. She feels it strongly. It's a given that none of us will forget her. As for me I'm just going to picture her having a Scotch with Kathryn and a dance with Arthur. She was a classy woman and I adored her.
