Dear family and loved ones, I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Gagnier. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. It has helped me and many others to know that the Bible promises that soon God “will swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8) and that He will bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones (John 5 : 28, 29) . I had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Mark in the mid 70s with the Village of Solvay,What a great guy. Mark had a lot of talents,from doing spot on impressions of co-workers to playing chess, which he taught me and I passed on to one of my grandsons. Mark and I last corresponded in the late 70s while he was on his cross country adventure, which I believe included hitching a ride to Hawaii via Hilton Head SC which is the last time I heard from him. I often wonder how he made out. He has made a lasting impression on me,I think of him often, he will be missed.
