This has been a trying time for the Panek Family, with the death of Micheal and now another part of the Panek Family, with losingBoguslawa, our aunt.
I was a young teenager when my aunt (my mother's step sister), immigrated to the US. The minute we met, we hit it off-- she was like a big sister to me. Actually, I am a big sister to one of my sisters who is 12yrs younger than me, the same age difference between Bogus and myself.
What I loved about her was her youthfulness and spirit to venture out. She loved travelling, especially taking cruises and enjoyed a little gambling. She was a very hard worker and very dedicated to her children. She made loving her, a very easy thing to do.
She was a good woman and very satisfied with her place in this world. I know its difficult to lose her but take comfort in all the good she was and the sacrifices she made to better the lives of her family.
I will miss her and the joy she brought into my life. Ella
