Obituary of Trina Foederer

Trina Foederer, 65, of Syracuse passed peacefully on Saturday following a long illness.   She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and attended Henninger High School.  Trina worked as a server at Joey’s Italian Restaurant for many years, where she developed several loyal friendships.  She loved music, especially “Motown”, attending concerts, and taking trips to the Turning Stone Casino. Trina was a friend to all and will be remembered for her smile and contagious laugh.

She was predeceased by her parents, Shirley Workman and James Foederer.  She is survived by her son, Michael J. Foederer of Syracuse, granddaughter Adriana Foederer, half-brothers Jamie and Chris Foederer of Florida, step-father Gerald “Jay” Workman of Syracuse, several wonderful aunts, cousins and many friends.  Trina would like to thank the following close friends for their exceptional kindness during her illness:  Adrianne "Hugi" Antczak, who preceded her in death in 2019, Corky Dunlap, Mary Sue Italiano Hanus, Deborah Altieri Kenney, Judy Klein, Carrie Weston Lenzen, Victoria Crimi Mandarino and Nancy McMahon.
