Obituary of Joan Pontello

Joan M. (Klimek) Pontello, 87, passed away on March 9, 2021. She was the widow of Richard A. Pontello, Jr. Born in Syracuse. She graduated from Vocational High School and was employed at Learburys. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Michael) Lombardo, Patricia Pontello and son, Joseph Pontello, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Klimek, and brother Robert J. Klimek. A private funeral service will be held on March 17, 2021, at Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
