It was my privilege to work with Bill at SDC. I was always impressed and humbled by his humanity and dedication to people with disabilities. I remember Bill as a a deep and wise soul who was highly intelligent, uncommonly kind and patient, and a stand up guy you were lucky to have with you in complicated and difficult times. Back in the day, Bill stood out among a lot of great people as a man of sincerity and integrity. It was my good fortune to have known him. Peace and love, Mike Malone

My deepest sympathies to all the Kramer family and friends. Bill was such a kind man and liked by many. Every Sunday for years, he opened up the show at the Bears Den in Eastwood by performing songs on his 12 string guitar. He always took requests and knew over 700 songs by heart he also sang back up vocals and played keyboard. Bill was a very kind and loving soul
