Obituary of Nezamiyah Kalani White
On November 22, 2022 Nezamiyah Kalani White “Nezy” of 8 years old took her journey to the heavenly gates. That’s when our butterfly was caught in a horrendous house fire, and flew away. Nezy was born and raised in Syracuse NY, residing with her mother (Sierra Radford) and her brother (Rah-Sean Kareem White JR). Nezy was a sparkle of light since the moment she was born. She brought happiness to everyone around her. She was so sweet and loved everyone no matter the circumstance. She wanted to help anyone she could, and loved to do arts and crafts with LOTS of glitter. She made fun projects with all her cousins and friends, and always had sleepovers to bring everyone together. She excelled in school since the first day she went. She attended SAS and touched so many hearts, always bringing home awards and good grades. She was always student of the month and had a beautiful passion for gymnastics. She also attended Westside Gymnastics where she “arieled” her way into everyone's hearts. She loved to dress up and do make up but she wasn’t afraid to get dirty. Her brother was her best friend “twin’n’em”, anywhere one went the other would follow. They would read, play, and do TikTok's all day. Their biggest wish was to go viral so she would make anyone do a TikTok with her anywhere she went. She would do flips and dances, and include everyone. She never tried to be the center of attention, but she definitely was. Nezy also enjoyed spending time with her father (Rah-Sean Kareem White SR.) Alongside her brother and half-sister, Neari White. She traveled with her mom, brother, and aunt (Adarra Collins) to waterparks, California, NJ, NYC, and so many other places. She was a Nana (Joanne Wild) and Papa’s girl (Ryan Radford). She recently moved to North Syracuse with her mom, brother, and great-grandfather (Anthony Wild “Pops”), and all their beloved pets. She felt so at peace in her new home and had the space to do all the cartwheels she wanted. Her sweet voice carries on in everything and everyone she loved, because she could conversate with you for hours. She loved to get dolled up and go on dates with her mom and looked forward to becoming a famous TikToker/gymnast. Fly high our butterfly, you already won first place in the race to all of our hearts. Rest now with “Pops,” your family and community will deeply miss you. Nezamiyah was pre-deceased by her grandmother La-Kia White, her uncle Aaron Anthony Craven. She is survived by her mother Sierra Radford, her brother Rah-Sean Kareem White JR, her father Rah-Sean Kareem White SR, her aunt Adarra Collins, and her grandparents, Joanne Wild and Ryan Radford, dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Nezamiyah will have a benefit on Saturday, December 3rd, 4PM at the American Legion, 1951 West Fayette St, Syracuse NY 13204. Her calling hours will be Sunday December 4th, 2-5PM at Hollis Funeral Home, 1105 Genesee St Syracuse NY 13204. Where it will be formal attire and pastel colors. The funeral will be held Monday December 5th, at 10 am, at Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr. Syracuse NY 13219, where the dress code will still apply. We will then drive to Saint Agnes Cemetery off South Ave and Valley Dr to send our butterfly off.
