Obituary of Jennifer Hart

Jennifer June Hart passed away on December 8, 2022 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, New York, she was the daughter of Howard and Mary Ellen Hart.  She graduated from Fowler High School with her GPN. Jennifer is predeceased by Father, Howard Hart and Brothers, Michael Hart and James Hart. She is survived by her children, Leanne Torres (Luis), Brittany Martinez, Roberta Martinez, Adam Escobar and Kimberlie Escobar; Grandchildren, Alexander, Randy, Immanuel, Lilyana, Gabriela, Juliana, Nikkai, and Gabriel; Her Pets, Mario and Maison; her Brothers, Jeffrey Hart, Larry Hart, Gregory Hart (Cheryl), Cassidy Hart; Sisters,  Kristina Hart, Betsy Larson (Timothy), Kelly Lane (Brandon), Hannah Hart and Emily Hart. She will be remembered for being an angel with the biggest heart. She was always willing to help anyone in need, and many times enlisting the help of others to give back to families in their time of need.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday  December 14, 2022.
