Betty Jane Ottinger, 92 of the Valley passed away on March 14, 2023 from a short-term illness. Betty will join her husband Patrick of forty years at the Veterans Cemetery in Syracuse NY. Funeral services will be private. On behalf of our family, we would like to thank Betty's neighbors for looking out for her over the years.
