October 24, 2014 Karen L. Kosinski, 51, passed away Friday, October 24th at Upstate Hospital. Born and raised in Syracuse.Karen loved polkas, music and softball, but what she loved the most was her family. Whenever Karen walked into a room her smile would brighten the room with sunshine. She was predeceased by her mother Pauline Kosinski, her father Walter Kosinski and her sister Patricia Bonhardt. Karen is survived by her partner of 14 years Cynthia Thibert, three sisters Linda (Doug) Hillick of Syracuse, Donna (Lloyd) Benedict of Ontario, Canada and Pauline (Mike) Parrow of Syracuse, Four Brothers, Robert (Michelle) of Salem, VA, Keith of Syracuse, Paul (Joanne Sherwood) of Auburn, and Walter(Debbie) of Eastwood ,several nieces and nephews Memorial Gathering Thursday, November 6th , 5 to 6:30 PM Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee St Syracuse.
