Obituary of Charles Stroud

Charles K. Stroud, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Born in Syracuse,
Charles worked as a Program Director for the Department of Youth Services in Massachusetts.
He was also an entrepreneur, opening a seafood business and running his own commercial
contracting business in Syracuse. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
He was predeceased by his mother, Lizzie L. Kennedy, his father, Arthur Lee Stroud, Sr., sister,
Linda Stroud, brothers Dale Stroud, Arthur Stroud and Bobby Stroud.
Charles leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, his long-time partner Sharon
Stevens, his son Cameron Stroud, sisters Shirley Stroud, Joanne Stroud Morris and Reba Stroud,
brother, John McBride and several nieces and nephews.
He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. There will be no services or calling hours
at this time.
