To the Lane Family: George was bigger than life! He was such a great friend of my father and Grandfather Donald Amerman. I remember spending time with him and the crew at his Hunting Camp at the Mad River Club. I learned a lot about woodmanship and deer hunting from him and all the crew in his camp. Hopefully he is now with my Dad sharing a few laughs and stories. David Lee

George was a wonderful person. Our family met him and Terry in the early 80's soon after purchasing our camp. I have some wonderful memories hunting, snowmobiling, and playing in the mud with ATVs.. We also shared a deep appreciation for Pies and always looked forward to the pie he brought to camp. I regret we will be unable to attend his service. We wish your family sincerest condolances
