Just learned of Frank's passing. I worked with Frank at DCMA for quite few years. My wife and I enjoyed Frank's company sharing stories of SU's sports over a coffee at Brueggers. he will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. You have my deepest sympathy. I worked with Frank on many occasions and frequently saw him on his walks at Onondaga Lake Park. He was a hard worker and a wonderful person.
