Very rarely does one come across a caring soul like Frank. Dear Carol and Linda and families, You have been in my prayers for weeks and now I guess God has answered all of our prayers. I know your dad is now with your Mom. He was a great guy, as you know, and touched so many lives, not only as a city fireman, but also as a member of the Camillus Elks. Mr. D. was also a member there and we had many wonderful evenings spent in your Dad's company.

I first met Shine about 30 years ago, as we were both drivers for a liquor company on our days off from the firehouse. While we never worked together at SFD, our paths frequently crossed. Shine was ALWAYS one of the guys that I truly enjoyed seeing and talking with. He will be sorely missed! RIP, my brother and friend!

To Shine's Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We were lucky enough to meet him for the first time in December for my mother-in-law's surprise party at The Pastime's Club. He smiled the whole time he was there!
