April 21, 2008 Robert D. Bobby Bell, 47 of Syracuse passed away Monday, April 21, 2008. Bobby was born in Newburgh, NY. Bobby attended West Genesee and Westcott Street Day Programs. His mother, Carolyn M. Bell predeceased Bobby in 2002, she was a loving, caring mother. Bobby was an inspiration and blessing to his family and to those who were fortunate enough to know him. Bobby is survived by his father, Robert D. bell Sr.; sister, Jamie L. Boots of Camillus; brother, David E. Bell and several cousins. Calling hours: Friday 1 to 3 pm with services following.
