February 18, 2013 Anita R. Palmer, 52 of Syracuse passed away Monday. Anita previously served as a volunteer president of 312 Gifford St. Housing Complex and was well loved by tenants. Anita was predeceased by her parents Nellie Perry and Daniel Palmer and sisters, Theresa and Mariea Palmer. She is survived by her daughter; Anna Palmer and her 3 children; Victor, Lulu and Miguel and daughter; Michelle Butler and her 2 children; Santina and Luis; sisters, Tina Palmer, Vicky Chumpitaz and Patty Perry; Aunt to Jason Palmer, Nina Ayala and Shaylyn Papineau.
