June 3, 2012 Zofia Dzielak, 92 formerly of Syracuse passed away Sunday, June 3rd. Zofia was born in Poland .She was a member of The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus and its Rosary Society. Zofia was predeceased by her husband, Henry 1971, she is survived by her son, Matthew (Barbara) Dzielak; daughter, Theresa Boronczyk; 6 grandchildren, Maryann Smith, Susan Boronczyk, Gene “Junior” Boronczyk, Margaret (David) Devereaux, David (Janelle) Dzielak, Renee Dzielak; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Stefania (Waclaw) Pawinski. Funeral Services: Thursday 8:30 AM Hollis Funeral Home 1105 W. Genesee Street Syracuse and 9:30AM in The Basilica of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. Burial: Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes
