Jim was a great neighbor and had many long talks at night when I came home from work. he was very friendly and I always let him borrow my tools when he was fixing the brakes on his sisters Ford pickup over a year ago when they were seized up. I let him use my trimmers too. He was very nice to give me his old lawnmower and I was able to get it running good again and now I have a good back up mower. He told me that he was very nice to all his nurses he had last year when he was in the hospital and he was told that he was a very cutious patient to them. He always told me that it is always important to treat those who care for you very kindly cause they are all you may have for a time when you desperately need them and to let God work his miracles. He will be greatley missed. It was nice to have a neighbor who loves to talk and be friendly.
