William Kahari Noel, 30 of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday July 5th, he was a lifelong resident of Syracuse. Survived by his parents William and Felicia Noel, his fiancé (Shante Ray) his son Jaiden, daughter's Aniyah, Lamiyah and Alaya, his siblings Quashawn and Lisia. Service will be held at Bethany Baptist Church 149 Beattie St, Syracuse, NY on Thursday July 13th, calling hours will be held at 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon with funeral service to follow burial will be held at Oakwood cemetery
