Phil was a genuine good guy and a good athlete although he'd probably rather play cards or tell stories. Many happy times in the past especially walking around downtown after basketball games.

I worked with Phil many years ago at Hoffman Industries. Phil was fun to be around and liked by everyone. He was kind and had a great sense of humor. I am sure he will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to his wife and family.
