Mrs. Solak was a wonderful teacher! My sister had her as a teacher at Delaware and when I went back there to work, she was one of the faculty members that I had the pleasure to work with...My prayers go out to her family and may the fact that she has made such a positive difference in so many lives become a comfort during your time of sorrow.

Condolences to the Solak family. Your mother was one of my teachers, long ago, when she taught at Delaware School in the 1970's. She was a sweet, caring, loving teacher that never had unkind thing to say to a child. I enjoyed being in her class long ago and she may not have known it back then but she inspired me to become a teacher as well. She touched many hearts. It is wonderful to read about all the things she did after she retired. She was a lovely lady.

A wonderful woman, who was my 4th grade teacher in early 70's. At Delaware School, so glad I was able to see her not so long ago. My condolences to the family.....I will always remember her smile.

to mark and the solak family.the passing of your mother brings a sad end of a special time in my life. your parents treated me as one of the family.the trips to toronto and washington.going out to dinner,chiefs bus trips and mostly sharing friendships and exchanging christmas cards.they were special and once again they are together at christmas.god bless you all
